Our Story

Superior Cold Storage is family-owned and operated. Ruben Napoles and family members began the company to fill a void in the refrigerated warehouse space in NJ for small and medium food services companies. Ruben experienced first-hand how the large warehouses in Northern NJ mistreat what they deem to be small clients.

These third-party logistics providers want pallets in, pallets out, easy money! To cut costs, they fill their rosters with temps regardless of what problems their customers suffer as a result of untrained staff. Superior is committed to offering its clients personalized and excellent service.

Ruben Napoles, President

Ruben has built a reputation of caring about his customers and he works alongside his staff daily to make sure his customers receive the service they deserve. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, clients turn to Ruben when their businesses suffer due to the mishandling of its products at other warehouses.  He understands fulfilling his customers’ requirements is key to growing Superior.

Ruben and his entire staff go above and beyond to provide outstanding service. He is committed to working together with customers to achieve mutual goals and make sure their businesses succeed.
